Exchanges and Returns
We will gladly exchange, return, or refund your items as long as they haven’t been worn, the tags are still attached (if any), lost or stolen (did not receive) and there are no self-inflicted damage. Our goal is to ensure you love your Outdoor Addictions Apparel, so please make sure your gear is in its original condition for a smooth return or exchange process. Your adventure deserves the right fit and feel—just keep it fresh and untouched! Please attach a note of the damaged or fault area on the item. Thank you
Refund requests must be made within 15 days after receipt or date of delivery of your goods.
We accept exchanges/refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
Item(s) are broken or damaged.
Item(s) does not match description.
Item(s) are the wrong size.
Purchaser changed their mind; or
Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations. (explanation is needed, customer must Contact Outdoor Addictions)
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
Products that have been worn out, tags removed, or have been altered in any way.
All exchanges and returns must be mailed back to Outdoor Addictions Apparel. We will cover the shipping costs for all items shipped back to us. If you are exchanging an item, we will provide you with a promo code to use on or web site for a new item(s) once the exchanged item has been received.
If you are returning an item, we will issue a refund once we have received and inspected the product to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please allow for a reasonable processing period after we receive the item before the refund is returned.
